PHIL WADDELL - BOST (HONS)

I have a structural and logical approach to the diagnosis and treatment plans for my patients.
After years of pushing my own body through its limits I am is passionate about helping others return to a level of lifestyle activity that allows them to thrive to the best of their abilities and wishes.....across the board; from returning to everyday household tasks with confidence, restarting appropriate exercise activity, returning to the workplace after injury, and competing in sporting activities.
I adopt a down to earth and friendly approach to my diagnosis and treatment programmes and I am dedicated to the requirements of my patients individual recovery journey.
Outside my Clinic commitment, I am an avid, but relatively slow cyclist, enjoying competing in as many local events as he can, such as the Dartmoor Classic and have completed a solo John O'Groats to Land’s End ride in 2021.
